A very large Eagle commemorating Italian ornithologist Andrea Bonelli, who discovered the Eagle in Sardinia.
A sub species (very similar) of the African Hawk Eagle, Bonelli's eagles are found all throughout Arabia and Europe but not in the UK, except for imported birds used for falconry and breeding quite extensively.
